Booking Guidelines:
1. Minimum stay 3 nights.
2. Guests check in between 16:00 and 21:00 and check out between 7:00 and 10:00.
3. Children of all ages are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
4. No extra charge for small well behaved dog in Otis tarda. Deep cleaning charge will be applied if necessary on checkout.
5. Wireless internet is available free of charge.
6. Smoking is only allowed in the designated open air smoking area.
7. Groups are accepted up to a maximum of 14 people. Sorry , no stag or hen groups.
8. Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.
9. We take your data privacy seriously. Please review our 'Privacy Statement' in the Guest Information page.
